Las Positas College Facilities Forms
Kindly submit your request 4 weeks prior to your event date.
Complete and return a College Facility Use Agreement to email@example.com
- Athletic Facility Facility Use Agreement
- Mertes Center for the Arts, Facility Use Agreement
- Class and Conference Room Facility Use Agreement
- Allow up to 2 weeks for confirmation of facility availability
- Staffing are required for Mertes Center, Aquatic Center, and Gymnasium facility rental requests
- Certificate of Liability is required once facility availability is confirmed
Note: your event will not be confirmed without a Certificate of Liability on file
- LPC room requests are managed using 25Live. If you require a user account, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- Changes to classroom meeting locations, days, or time must be done through the Academic Scheduler.
- LPC Clubs/Advisers must submit a completed Student Life Facilities Request Form to the Student Government Office in Building 1600, Room 1643.
- Supplemental Fundraising Event Information this form is required when an event is submitted to 25Live as fundraiser
