External requesters are required to complete a College Facilities Use Agreement. This form will remain on file in LPC's Administrative Services Office for all external rentals for each semester. After the initial facility rental, if additional dates would like to be requested, externals renters may request those dates using the Supplemental Facility Request form.

LPC EMPLOYEES: 1) REQUESTS FOR THE MAIN THEATER, BLACK BOX, AND AMPHITHETER REQUIRE SUPPORT FROM THE PERFORMING ARTS TECH STAFF. CONTACT CHRISTINE HORNBAKER (CHORNBAKER@LASPOSITASCOLLEGE.EDU), X. 1122 TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE EVENT CAN BE SUPPORTED. FACILITY REQUESTS FOR THOSE 3 AREAS REQUIRE APPROVAL BY CHRISTINE HORNBAKER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING THE FACILITY REQUEST TO SHERI MOORE. 2) THERE MAY BE A STAFFING CHARGE FOR EVENTS HELD IN THE MAIN THEATER, BLACK BOX, AND AMPHITHEATER. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A LABOR DISTRIBUTION CODE.
