As of June 1, 2017, 25Live is the new scheduling system for Las Positas College. 25Live replaces the paper Facility Request and the need to use Class Web to look up room schedules and availability.

Facility Rental Process

  1. Review Rental Processing Schedule and General Guidelines
  2. All Other Campus Facilities: Submit a completed LPC Preliminary Request Form to lpc-externalfacilityrentals@laspositascollege.edu

    Mertes Centers of the Arts Rentals: Submit a completed LPC Preliminary Request Form and the Mertes Center Rental Questionnaire to lpc-externalfacilityrentals@laspositascollege.edu
  3. Allow up to two (2) weeks for notice of availability and price quote.
  4. Once LPC receives an acceptance of the price quote, an email will include the College Facility Use Agreement, Sample of Insurance Requirements and Event Invoice.
    • Payment and Certificate of Liability Insurance is due 14 days prior to the event.
    • Please Note: Large Events may require a deposit upfront.
    • Reminder: Events will not be confirmed without a signed College Facility Use Agreement and Certificate of Liability Insurance.
  5. Cancellation must be received 14 business days prior to the event.
    • Refunds are not given for events cancelled after the 14 Business Days.
