Creating and Updating Your Program Maps
Program Mapper & Career Coach Institutionalization Process
This website is designed to support our LPC community with the process of how to go from a faculty idea for their program to creating these in degree/certificate program maps and career links that are student and community facing. Whether the idea is for a new program, a modified program with curriculum changes, a revision/reorganization of courses, or to deactivate a program, the steps for each vary and are outlined below.
To get started, select which option best fits the idea:
- Create a new program
- Modify an existing program, requiring curriculum changes
- Revise/reorganized an existing program, without curriculum changes
- Request a removal of a program map that has been deactivated
- Update career information for a program
Timeline for Program Updates
All Program Mapper and Career Coach updates (effective Fall) will be implemented annually in March, with the goal of rolling over and publishing the new Academic Year by April to coincide with the College Catalog.
