STUDENTS MUST REGISTER FOR THE CEREMONY.
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND: SESSION 1 IS NOW FILLED. (no switching sessions is permitted - I will be monitoring)
NO waitlist available for these events.
When you RSVP, you MUST use your LEGAL NAME, add W# after your last name. You will receive your invitation via your ZONEMAIL ADDRESS to register for your tickets.
Print your tickets for your guests - we will be scanning tickets at the door.

THE TICKETS ARE FOR GUESTS NOT THE GRADUATES. YOU ARE ONLY ALLOTED 4 TICKETS NO MORE THAN THAT.

To be considered for the commencement ceremony, you must have submitted a request for AA/AS Degree or Certificate for Summer 2023 Graduate, Fall 2023 Graduate and/or Spring 2024 Candidates

You will receive a formal invite to your ZONEMAIL with instructions on how to RSVP for the Commencement Ceremony.

Summer 2024 Candidates wishing to participate in this year’s commencement ceremony
- Must have 6 units or less in summer 2024 to complete their degree in order to participate
- Must apply by the April 1, 2024 deadline

Spring 2024 Degree/Certificate Application are now closed
Degree and Certificate Evaluations will not be process until the grades rolls the second week in June 10, 2024. You should receive an email notification by August, 2024 , regarding your results.
Summer 2024 Degree/Application are now open (Commencement/Graduation Ceremony May, 2025) April 2 - July 18, 2024. Degree and Certificate Evaluations will not be process until the grades rolls the second week in August 12, 2024. You should receive an email notification by end of October, 2024, regarding your results.
