Testing Accommodations:

Please bring a copy of your IEP to your testing appointment if you may require additional testing time. If possible, please try to avoid signing up for the last appointment of the day. For additonal information on testing accommodations, please visit the Disabilty Resource Center (DRC) website.

 

English and Math:

  • An advanced scheduled appointment is REQUIRED to attend any scheduled group assessment testing session for completion of English and Math assessments.

ESL:

  • Due to limited seating, scheduled appointments are advisable (session times listed below). Students may attend ANY of the scheduled assessment sessions.

    Note: Valid Student User Identification ("W") number is REQUIRED to be eligible to complete ESL assessment tests.

Chemistry:

  • Due to limited seating, scheduled appointments are advisable. Students may attend ANY of the scheduled assessment sessions

Note: Prerequisites required for Chemistry 1A are (1) completion of Chemistry 31 (with a grade of "C" or higher) or appropriate skill level demonstrated through the Chemistry assessment process and (2) completion of Math 55 (with a grade of "C" or higher) or appropriate skill level demonstrated through completion of the Math assessment process.

Important: If you have any problems using the Assessment Appointment system please request an assessment appointment using e-mail instructions provided below:

    1. Review the Assessment Schedule
    2. Select two possible assessment testing sessions that you would be able to attend
    3. Send an e-mail requesting an assessment appointment
    4. Assessment appointment e-mail request must include the following:
      1. Assessment Session (1st Choice): Date and Time
      2. Assessment Session (2nd Choice): Date and Time
      3. Student Name + Student User Identification ("W") number

Confirmation e-mail response will be sent within 3 working days indicating assessment testing session for which an appointment has been scheduled.

 

*Due to budget cuts and limited staffing, schedule may be subject to change. Any changes will be noted.

*Sessions may also be canceled due to low enrollment.
