Cap and Gown Information and Purchase

GRAD FAIR - Herff Jones will be on campus for you to purchase a cap & gown.  Here are the two days he will be here;                                                           Tuesday's, April 28th & May 5th, 2026 @ 11-2pm - location is TBD

First Come - First Serve basis. 

All graduates are required to wear the customary cap and gown at the Commencement Ceremony. Graduates should arrive at the Registration Area wearing a cap and gown with the tassel positioned on the front right side of cap. It is recommended you wear business casual clothing under your gown and comfortable shoes.

The cap and gowns are now available for purchase at the Online LPC College Bookstore  ! 

YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO PURCHASE YOUR CAP and GOWN UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN OFFICIAL INVITATION TO ATTEND THE COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY (by end of April).

(we do not have a phyiscal location, everything is done online so get your order in)

Purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Pricing: 

• Complete set (cap, gown, tassel): $ + tax
• Cap only: $ + tax
• Gown only: $ + tax
• Tassel only: $ + tax

Students with a financial need may qualify for a cap and gown. Financial need includes CalWORKs and EOPS Program students and students not currently employed with no financial assistance from family. Please complete the application by clicking here. ( Deadline: May 5, 2026 or while supplies last.)

Pick Up is scheduled for Thursday, May 21st @ 1 until 5:00 pm & Monday, May 25, 2026  @ 11am until 1:00 pm.

Cap tops may be tastefully decorated.
