Civic Center and Other Facilities Use

 Chabot-Las Positas Community College District (CLPCCD) facilities are identified as “Civic Centers” or as designated public forums. 

On campus spaces are  available for community use when such use does not conflict with District programs and operations.

Las Positas College prioritizes our facilities as an instructional space for our Academic and Community Education classes.

• Rental inquiries and requests will not be processed until after the entry of the class schedule. 
• Rental of the Performance and Athletic areas require LPC staffing.

 Please submit rental requests 4 weeks prior to your event date. 

We are not able to confirm events until after LPC class schedules upload into our reservation system. Kindly review the timeline below before requesting space availability.

General Guidelines

LPC does not allow the use of external equipment in our facilities.  

No structures, electrical modifications, facility modifications, or mechanical apparatus are allowed. 

Rental event cancellation requires a minimum notice of 10 business days.
