Who are we:

Community Education at Las Positas College is an inclusive, learning-centered program providing educational and personal enrichment classes to the Tri-Valley and surrounding area. 

We strive to

• support our community of life-long learners in meeting their personal and professional goals. 
• offer a variety of courses and programs including, but not limited to, career and technical training, retraining, and skill enhancement, travel opportunities, and personal enrichment. 
• inspire community members of all ages to participate in life-long learning. 
• increase course accessibility by offering in-person, live remote, and fully online learning opportunities. 
• maintain a high quality of course content and instruction by taking into consideration the thoughts and opinions of our community members who participate in our classes.
