Who may Qualify:
Individuals and families living in Alameda County with more resources for those in Oakland; Seniors age 55 and older; Disabled individuals; Low to moderate income individuals and families with dependent children; Emancipated foster youth; Veterans; Victims of domestic violence or violent crimes; or Pregnant women in their second trimester.
