Beyond Emancipation
Provides a range of supportive programs designed to help former foster and probation youth of Alameda County make healthy, successful transitions to adulthood and independent living.

California's Extended Foster Care (EFC) Program
Allows eligible youth in the child welfare and probation systems to remain in foster care until age 21.
Chafee Educational and Training Vouchers Program
Provides resources specifically to meet the educational and training needs of Title IV-E eligible foster youth. Offers up to $5,000 per year for post-secondary education and training.
College Career Pathways
Helps foster youth across the state achieve their higher education goals and move on to fulfilling careers.
Independent Living Program
Provides eligible youth in care with independent living skills training to assist in the transition to a successful and independent lifestyle.
