Psychology-Counseling

Psychology-Counseling courses were developed to help educate students about the departments and resources of Las Positas College.

Some courses enable students to explore and develop a personal career and education plan, explore options for transferring to a baccalaureate degree-granting college or university, and improve and enhance study skills and financial literacy for success in college.

Other courses are also offered to increase students’ knowledge in multiculturalism. Additionally, these courses provide students with a means to learn theoretical knowledge, gain hands-on experience, and explore career opportunities in the field of Health and Human Services.
