Tasks for 2023-2024
- April 2023: Shared Institution-Set Standards and the Annual Financial Report
- April 2023: Committee members shared experiences serving on Peer Review Teams
- September 2023: Reviewed training documents and videos related to adopted 2024 Accreditation Standards and began planning work of committee; reviewed and annotated the standards
- December 2023: Voted to revise membership of the ACS and did planning for spring; reviewed the mid-term report template
- January 2024: Reported to College Council and SLO committee regarding accreditation standards and midterm report; reviewed and revised the Shared Governance Worksheet for 2024-2025, including increasing representation of voting members and clarification of responsibilities.
- February/March 2024: Developed draft of timeline and milestones for mid-term report; reported on status of Substantive Change inquiry and application
Tasks for 2022-2023
- Provided regular updates on the status of the ISER process.
- Prepared campus for Focused site visit, hosting a "trial run."
- Participated in the focused site visit.
- Reviewed 2024 proposed ACCJC Standards—begun sharing implications to appropriate shared governance committee.
- ALO reviewed Comprehensive Review Report for errors of fact.

Tasks for 2021-2022
- (summer--September) Refined Institutional Self Evaluation Report through evidence gathering, validation of alignment with Standards, finalization of improvement plans, and editing.
- (August) Attended District Accreditation Coordinating Committee
- (August) Refined the formatting and cover art of ISER
- (September-October) Created and posted a Constituent Review form and solicited feedback to verify that standards were thorough, accurate, concise yet complete.
- (October) Completed constituency review of ISER with students, classified, administrative and faculty leaders.
- (November) Shared reflection, by standards, from accreditation process with campus community
- (November) Provided high level findings to Board of Trustees
- (December) Compiled evidence, formatted TOC, and submitted Institutional Self-Evaluation Report to ACCJC Novato office.
- (Jan-February) Prepared presentation with Peer Review Team during Meet and Greet
- (Feb-March) Moved forward a process to capture accreditation mapping in Shared Governance Handbook

- Attended Accreditation Kick off meeting on August 25th to start ISER process
