Questions to Guide Your Feedback to the 2015 Self-Study Report

The following questions are designed to help readers in the process of giving feedback to the self-study report. All feedback is welcome and encouraged. The deadline for feedback is March 31, 2015. Feedback offered after March 31 may not be incorporated into the report due to time constraints. All feedback will be read and considered by select accreditation team members, and changes to the report will be made as appropriate.
