Nov 3, Sun: Veterans First Program Float @ 27th Annual Tri-Valley Veterans Day Parade & Band Concert. 1 pm, 201 Main Street, Pleasanton, CA.
Nov 11, Mon: Visit our Outreach Table @ VFW Post 7265 Armistice & Veterans Day Remembrance. 10 am-2 pm, Carnegie Park - 2155 Third Street, Livermore, CA.
Nov 12, Tues: Veterans Panel - Livermore Rotary
Nov 13, Wed: “Honoring our Heroes” Program at Las Positas College, Mertes Center for the Arts, Bldg 4000. Free Parking (look for signage)
- 11 am-12 pm - Gallery Reception
- 12 pm - 1:30 pm - “A Hero’s Journey” - Guest Speaker Mr. Shaun Stephenson, USMC Veteran, Military/Veteran Strategic Outreach and Recruiting Program Manager at Lawrence Livermore National Lab.
- 12 - 1:30 pm - Quilts of Valor Presentation; announce winner of Veterans Essay. Contest hosted by American Legion Post 246
