Mr. Phil Stage - Retired Colonel US Army
Colonel Richard P. Stage was commissioned Infantry, upon graduation from OCS, 1971.
His assignments include: Heavy Mortar Platoon Leader, Company XO, Company Commander,
Recruiting Officer; State Ops Officer- CA Cadet Corps (JROTC), Operations Officer
(Air) S-3, 1st Bn, 184th IN (M). COL Stage was hired by IBM Corp. and joined the 91st
Division in 1978 and served as: Company Cdr, Asst Opns Officer, 2d Brigade, 91st Division
(TNG), Opns Officer - 3d BN, 362d Regiment, in 1982. Colonel Stage earned the Outstanding
Company Grade Officer in the 91st Div. In 1986, he joined the 351st Civil Affairs
Command, and served in the Ops Section and as SGS. He Commanded the 445th CA BN 1990-1002,
then Action Officer, Joint Staff, the Pentagon, in 1993, followed by Public Finance
Officer and Team Chief, Economics Team with the 351st CACOM. He was mobilized in 1995,
serving as Chief, Current Operations Cell, USACAPOC. He then became Chief, Government
Tm and later ACoS G-1,351st CA COM. In1997, he was Depty Cdr, CJ Civil Military Task
Force, Bosnia. In 1998-2000, he commanded SIMS Exercise Grp 3, 1st Bde, 91st Div (TS).
He returned as Chief of Staff, 351st CACOM and retired on 1 Oct 2001.
