Please schedule an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner to review your immunizations. You will need to bring your student ID and your immunization records. Payments for vaccines are due the given day. If no immunization records are available blood titers can be ordered and the results are usually available one week after the blood draw. All payments are made at the health center. We take credit card, cash and checks made out to ValleyCare Health System (VCHS).
