Appointments for Medical Wellness and Behavioral Health Service

Students are encouraged to make appointments.

Appointments may be made in person at the Student Health & Wellness Center at 3000 Campus Hill Drive Room 1701, or by phone 925-424-1830. Some same-day appointments may be available.

Cancellation Policy

The Student Health & Wellness Services see a high volume of students. In order to accommodate and have appointment slots available to as many students as possible we have a 24 hour cancellation policy for appointments that cannot be kept. A NO SHOW CHARGE OF $5 will be applied to your account if advance notice is not provided. Patients with unpaid balances on their account may not be able to schedule an appointment until payment is received. NO SHOW fees will be treated according to Stanford/ValleyCare Health System policy on unpaid balances, with the exception of collection accounts.
