Production Welder Certificate of Achievement (CA)
About the Program
The Production Welder Certificate of Achievement is for students that want to rapidly
gain the skills needed to pursue entry level production employment. The ability to
read and interpret technical drawings combined with OSHA safety knowledge provide
the foundation. Welding theory is combined with two lab skills classes in welding
process that are selected by the student.
Program Outcomes
Upon completion of this program, students are able to:
- Operate safely in a welding workplace environment.
- Have the skills necessary to pass an American Welding society standard welding certification
test.
