Getting Started
First impressions are important, and as the Administrative Medical Assistant you provide that first, positive response to patient needs. You train on computers and learn anatomy and medical terminology, communications, and how to triage, as you prepare yourself to become a valued member of the medical office team.
Check the class schedule to see which classes are offered. Additionally, some of these classes may be waived based on your previous training and work experience. Contact Counseling to make an appointment to discuss making the program fit your needs.
