Hi there! I’m Stacie, and I’m thrilled to be part of your psychology journey at Las Positas. I’ve spent the last 20+ years applying psychology in the real world. I've applied psychology in tech companies, research labs, leadership training, and even in helping design better experiences for apps you may use every day in the workforce (yep, psychology is everywhere).

From studying how people think, feel, and behave, to turning that insight into action, I’ve used psychology to help teams work better together, understand their customers, and solve complex human problems with creativity and empathy. I’ve led global research for companies like Workday and ServiceNow, coached leaders on how to motivate people (without being annoying), and even helped NASA teams innovate to modernize air traffic operations.
